Electrically adjustable height delivery chair

The base is made of lacquered steel square tubular, with size of 60x40x1,5 mm. It is equipped with wheels (100 mm diameter) and is covered with a shaped carter made of thermoformed ABS. The carter houses the electric columns and the control unit.
The lying surfaces are secured to the upper frame of the chair made of lacquered steel. They are upholstered with foam-rubber to follow the anatomic body shape and coated with fireproof and washable plastic fabric. The coatings are electro-moulded and the seams are doubled to provide extra safety from tears.
The height and back adjusting movements are electrified and controlled by a button panel.
The lying surface is divided into three parts with two joints. The back, the seat and the leg-support can be adjusted electrically.
The leg-support can be removed by hand, leaving the underlying work-top free and usable by the operator as a further laying surface for the surgical instruments.
The trendelenburg position can be achieved by moving together the seat and the back.
